1. Delivery time for garments
Generally, items are available for delivery between 3 to 10 working days
2. Express shipping service
We use Royal Mail to ship nationally and internationally. We can also deliver using courier services such as FedEx and DHL - however using these services usually entail higher shipping costs.
Please allow between 3 - 10 working days from the date of dispatch sent nationally within the UK and upto 10 working days sent internationally. Generally all orders are dispatched from our warehouse as per turnaround time mentioned in section 1 above except when there is a delay from the supplier. We cannot be held responsible for delays that may occur during transit or delays from the supplier, however we shall notify you if we are aware of any foreseeable delays, in which case we will offer you an alternative product or a refund.
If you would like items to be delivered earlier then please contact us to let us know. We can have the items sent via courier service which would entail higher delivery costs.
3. Shipping Charges
These are applied per product and vary from country to country. The minimum charges for Postage & Packing are stated on each item for national delivery within the UK.
UK national delivery rates are not sufficient to cover international postage rates, therefore additional shipping costs for international delivery must me purchased corresponding to the country where the item is to be delivered. Each country is allocated a zone which is priced accordingly. Please refer to the pricing zone map to determine the corressponding postage cost and purchase the additional postage required.
Please note, that these are extra expenses required to cover the cost for the item to be delivered to you internationally and NOT the full fee for international postage. So you are not paying double postage , but only the extra expenses to compensate the deficiency that remains for international delivery.
The following equation explains the format of the payment for international shipping costs.
[UK national delivery rate] + [additional cost] = international postage rate.
When ordering goods from us for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
5. Returns Policy for Garments
Garment orders are based on the measurements/sizes provided by the manufacturers . We will not be responsible for any inaccuracies in the final product . Please note that all items are checked before dispatching an order. We are not liable for goods that are damaged in transit.
Due to the delicate nature of some items ( eg, items with diamante patterns), returns for these items cannot be accepted. So please make sure you refer to the measurement size guide to make sure that you are buying the size you require before placing your order.
Returns Policy for other Items
We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. You can always return items if they are defective or sent incorrect. Please note that you must provide us a written record of the reason for return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the item. Custom, Oversize, or hazardous items cannot be returned. Items that have been used will not be accepted as returns or exchanges. Items which have been altered, have any stains, emit, body odours or perfume scents, have any kind of marks, damages or water stains will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
There is no refund for shipping and handling charges.
6. Listing and Descriptions
We makes every effort to ensure that the product descriptions and photographs provided on this web site are accurate and life-like. Whilst the reproduction of colours and styles contained on the photographs shown on this website are as accurate as image and photographic processing will allow, We cannot accept responsibility for slight variances in colour or style. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, VGA card, resolution of your computer, browser used. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
7. Order Cancellation:
You can cancel an order within 24 hours from the receipt of the payment and no charges will be deducted and you will get a full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours from the receipt of payment. If you would like to cancel an order after 24 hours then processing charges and admin charges for refund will apply. If a custom order has already been processed and you wish to cancel it after 24 hours then there might be additional charges which will be calculated and you will be informed of the final charges which will be deducted from your payment.
8. Amend Your Orders
Any amendments can be suggested within 24 hours from the receipt of the order. Any ammendment to the original order after 24 hours may be subject to additional charges which will be determined after reviewing the requested changes.
