1. Returns Policy for Garments
Garment orders are based on the measurements/sizes provided by the manufacturers . We will not be responsible for any inaccuracies in the final product . Please note that all items are checked before dispatching an order. We are not liable for goods that are damaged in transit.
Due to the delicate nature of some items (e.g, items with diamante patterns), returns for these items cannot be accepted. So please make sure you refer to the measurement size guide to make sure that you are buying the size you require before placing your order.
Returns Policy for other Items
We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us.
Please note that you must provide us with a written record of the reason for return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the item, we will accept a return within the 7 day period for a credit note or exchange.
Returns/exchanges will be accepted upon the following conditions:
All items must be unworn with tags attached.
All items must be in their original packaging.
All items must be unaltered, without stains/marks, body odour, perfume scents and damage.
You must include the original invoice.
There is no refund for shipping and handling charges. Thus, the initial shipping cost will be deducted from your refund/exchange including any handling charges that apply. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the return costs of the item being returned.
All returned items must be shipped via trackable shipping. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Your refund credit, or exchange (when in stock) may take up to 2 to 3 weeks to process after you post the goods back to us.
We cannot take responsibility for your parcel if it does not arrive back to us. In such circumstances we would, unfortunately, not be able to offer a refund.
Failed Deliveries
If our courier cannot deliver your order, the parcel will be returned to us. You will have up to three weeks (from the date we receive the returned parcel) to contact us and arrange for the order to be re-delivered. If you do not contact us within the specified time, we will refund you for the goods. If you still wish to receive these goods after the 3 week period is over, you will need to place a new order again and at the price listed on the website. Unfortunately, any discounts that were valid at the time of your purchase and that are no longer running cannot be re-applied to your order.
How do I return faulty or incorrect goods?
You can always return items if they are defective or sent incorrect by emailing us stating the order number and nature of the problem.
Please note that we must be notified of damaged/faulty goods within 1-2 days. We cannot be held liable for any claims of damaged items after this period.
How do I exchange goods?
To exchange items purchased online, you will need to return items and specify the ones you want in exchange on the back of the invoice. Please note that this will incur the standard postage (outside UK mainland) and packaging charges of a new order. Unfortunately, any discounts that were valid at the time of your purchase will no longer be valid.
We take care to ensure that all our goods are in perfect condition. Please bear in mind that the Goods will not be regarded as faulty where they are damaged through inappropriate usage by the buyer.
2. Listing and Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure that the product descriptions and photographs provided on this web site are accurate and life-like. Whilst the reproduction of colours and styles contained on the photographs shown on this website are as accurate as image and photographic processing will allow, We cannot accept responsibility for slight variances in colour or style. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, VGA card, resolution of your computer, browser used. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
3. Order Cancellation:
You can cancel an order within 24 hours from the receipt of the payment and no charges will be deducted and you will get a full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours from the receipt of payment. If you would like to cancel an order after 24 hours then processing charges and admin charges for refund will apply. If a custom order has already been processed and you wish to cancel it after 24 hours then there might be additional charges which will be calculated and you will be informed of the final charges which will be deducted from your payment.
4. Amend Your Orders
Any amendments can be suggested within 24 hours from the receipt of the order. Any amendment to the original order after 24 hours may be subject to additional charges which will be determined after reviewing the requested changes.
